Whether a spouse, family member or friend, birth-team members can play a significant role in supporting the birthing parent during and after pregnancy. bloom+honey doulas offer two consulting sessions to provide direct support to the birth-team member of choice. As each pregnancy is unique, this service will always be customized.
Consulting Details
The doula will provide the birth-team member with two (2) personalized coaching sessions. These sessions are designed to offer more in-depth information on the birthing process, recommendations for support and access to additional resources and tools to optimize mental, emotional, physical and spiritual states to encourage mother and baby's wellness.
QUALITY STANDARDS
Our doulas are trained to provide the best care possible. Each doula will conduct a client interview to understand the needs of the birthing parent and family. Based on information gathered during this session, the doula will determine the best course of care. The doula will also share guidelines on how to best work together to ensure the highest quality of service and level of safety for the client, baby, doula and other members of the birthing support team.
REFUND POLICY
Doula-initiated Cancellation
The doula retains the right to cancel the service at any time, if the recommended guidelines are not followed or supported by the client. There will be no refunds for cancellations.
Refund Request Policy
Clients may request a refund/cancellation within 72 hours after signing service contract. A refund will be processed minus $100 service fee. After 72 hours, clients will not receive a refund.
