full-spectrum virtual doula
Full-Spectrum Virtual Doula support provides pre-natal, delivery and post-partum support to the birthing parent and one member of support. As each pregnancy is unique, this service will always be customized.
Full-Spectrum Virtual Doula support is offered for 12-15 weeks at the doula's discretion. Support begins at a minimum of 6 weeks prior to expected delivery date.

Women are supported through multiple modalities and equipped with tools to optimize mental, emotional, physical and spiritual states to welcome in a beautiful pregnancy.
QUALITY STANDARDS
Our doulas are trained to provide the best care possible. Each doula will conduct a client interview to understand the needs of the birthing parent and family. Based on information gathered during this session, the doula will determine the best course of care. The doula will also share guidelines on how to best work together to ensure the highest quality of service and level of safety for the client, baby, doula and other members of the birthing support team.

Sign-up is encouraged during the 2nd trimester to ensure doula availability.
REFUND POLICY
Doula-initiated Cancellation
The doula retains the right to cancel the service at any time, if the recommended guidelines are not followed or supported by the client. There will be no refunds for cancellations.
Refund Request Policy
Clients may request a refund/cancellation within 72 hours after signing service contract. A refund will be processed minus $100 service fee. After 72 hours, clients will not receive a refund.
